Thank you for visiting the See Scotland website. This website has been created to bring together some excellent information for visitors to Scotland with a particular emphasis on Accommodation. You will see that we have links to the Loch Lomond and Trossachs Accommodation Booking website, GoScot. There are also links to an Accommodation website for the equally beautiful neighbouring county of Argyll, namely the Argyll Coast website.


This particular site is in its infancy but is evolving rapidly and has the following growth aims:

  • To add an Accommodation website that covers all of the Cairngorms National Park
  • To encourage good independant websites to be associated with us
  • To have good business listings for the geographical areas we cover

Using Templates Effectively

Your Mambo installation comes bundled with a default template an CSS. The template that displays when you first install the site is optimized for screen displays of 1024 x 768 and higher. In addition, we have included a second version of this template optimized for 800 x 600 displays.

Mambo supports a number of options which allow you to change the display of the content on your site, enabling you to achieve a personalized look and feel without having to modify the template file.
